Owner-Operator Insurance Coverage
ICANA basic insurance provides $1 million in vehicle liability coverage with no deductible and $15,000/$30,000 uninsured motorist coverage included. In addition, you get $25,000 trailer interchange coverage with the option to increase coverage to $40,000. Optional coverage includes:
Physical Damage Coverage – Get a minimum of $10,000 in coverage for any physical damage to your vehicle including theft coverage. There is a $1,000 deductible for physical damage and $5,000 deductible for theft coverage. Install the Intelegard Security System and there is no deductible for theft coverage.
Motor Truck Cargo/Refrigeration Breakdown – ICANA members have the option to participate in the Motor Truck Cargo program and can choose either $50,000 or $100,000 in coverage per load. The deductible is $1,000 per loss. Refrigeration breakdown coverage is available at equal limits to motor truck cargo limits.
Occupational Accident Coverage – The best coverage available on the market, ICANA members get $250,000 in accidental death benefit and $1,000,000 occupational injury medical expense with no deductible. Plus, up to $700 a week of disability coverage – all for an additional cost of only $148/month.
